Shipping and Returns
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
We normally use UPS or Priority Mail but can make special arrangements to use another shipping method if necessary. Please remember that because our products are handcrafted, they may not be ready to ship immediately. We will contact you if items require more than 1 week to ship out.
We will ship outside the US to Canada, Western Europe, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand. Customers in any other country should get in touch to make special arrangements.
When will I receive my order?
We work hard to keep items on the site in stock. We ship most items the same week that the order is placed. If we are at a show or if an item will take longer than a week to ship, we will let you know there will be a delay when your order comes in. All custom-cut or tailored-to-fit garments are special order items and will ship in 4-6 weeks. If we have to back order an item (beyond 6 weeks), we will notify you by phone or email.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If anything in your package arrives broken, please save all of the packaging including the outside carton. Call or email email@example.com with the nature of the problem, even if the package is a gift. We will make the UPS insurance claim for you and do everything we can to replace your merchandise as quickly as possible. When we make your claim, UPS will send a representative to look at the package and pick it up.
Returns & Exchanges
Chrononauts travel to some rough places to bring back these lovely
goods. Depending on how difficult an item is to procure, we may not be
able to exchange it for another. Many of our products are part of a
limited run, or may even be one of a kind.
Special order and exclusive handcrafted items cannot be returned. Please note that any garments that are custom cut or tailored to fit are non-refundable.
For any other return or exchange, please call or email within 30 days, and we will send you a return authorization number. Please package your purchase carefully, and send it fully insured within 30 days for a refund. After 30 days you will be given store credit for all eligible items. Please ship items in appropriate packaging to avoid damage. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging will not receive a refund.
These products may have traveled a long way to get to you. Nevertheless, we want them to be treasured possessions for many years. If they become mauled or broken in any way, we will do our best to repair them. This may take a couple of weeks, depending on our travel schedule, and a repair fee may be assessed based on the type of damage. We will always be up front and honest when discussing repairs so you will know what is going on every step of the way.
